Position Overview

As part of the global Talent Acquisition team, this is a key strategic role within Third Bridge. With plans to expand our Japan office, this role will be critical in identifying and recruiting the best talent into our teams across multiple disciplines. You will be responsible for working with the local leadership team to design strategic sourcing initiatives, ensuring that robust selection and assessment processes are in place.  

With overall responsibility for driving the pipeline generation for our Japan office, you will be passionate about candidate experience and be proactive in promoting our employer brand across the local market via multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition manager to develop recruitment strategies for Japan

  • Work together with key stakeholders and people partners to understand and deliver on talent acquisition needs

  • Manage the end to end recruitment life cycle

  • Source and shortlist candidates using various recruitment channels

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Third Bridge and our business model to enable you to identify, attract, assess and retain talent

  • Develop localized talent branding initiatives and other recruitment programs for Japan

  • Develop and manage consultative relationships with Hiring Managers, providing a high level of client service to internal stakeholders and partners

  • Develop a campus hiring program in Japan to maintain a sustainable pipeline for early career hires

  • Support global talent acquisition projects and employer brand activities​

  • Partner with the HRBP team to support the onboarding offboarding process of local employees in Japan 

  • Support Japan people projects related to retention, engagement, performance management, and our Third Bridge culture

*This role will start with a 12 months fixed-term contract

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in successfully managing the recruiting process in a fast-paced/precise environment is desired, but this may come from either an RPO or internal role

  • Exposure to full-lifecycle recruiting includes req consultation, direct sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer negotiations, closing, and candidate relationship management.

  • Develop and Maintaining effective relationships with agency partners

  • Native in Japanese, fluent or business-level English

  • Previous experience within an end to end talent acquisition role where you’ll have successfully sourced candidates across various business functions using multiple channels.  We’re looking for someone who is proactive and self-managing, can develop strong stakeholder relationships, and delivers exceptional candidate experiences. 

  • You’ll need to take pride in everything you do, sourcing, selecting, and assessing top talent for your business. 

  • Of course, you’ll also need excellent communication and presentation skills to position yourself as a subject matter expert while being open to receiving feedback, which will help us continue to improve and evolve as a talent acquisition team.
