Job Description
Position Overview
With plans to expand our Korea office, this role will be critical in identifying and recruiting the best talent into our teams across multiple disciplines. You will be responsible for supporting TA leader and working with the local leadership team in applying the recruitment strategies on the ground, ensuring that robust selection and assessment processes are in place.
With overall responsibility for driving the pipeline generation for our Korea office, you will be passionate about candidate experience and be proactive in promoting our employer brand across the local market via multiple channels.
Responsibilities
Manage end to end hiring process, with a focus on graduates for the Client Services Department
Source and shortlist candidates by leveraging various source channels, develop candidate outreach strategy
Partnering with other recruiters and hiring managers to enhance the quality of hires
Support recruitment marketing initiatives, employer branding campaigns, and campus programs, adapting strategies to align with local Korean practices.
Qualifications
Proven ability to manage the recruiting process effectively in a fast-paced environment (1+ years of experience preferred, either in a recruitment agency or internal role).
Experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, direct sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, closing, and candidate relationship management.
Strong sourcing skills and experience in both agency and corporate settings are highly desirable.
Native Korean and fluent English is required.
