Job Description

What will you do?

As our Senior Marketing Manager focused on the APAC region, you’ll be part of the Demand generation team, and take lead on formulating targeted marketing campaigns and events across different regions. Third Bridge is scaling quite rapidly, so you’ll be crafting and managing ambitious marketing plans from scratch, so that they are well suited for new and existing markets.

You’ll especially be focusing on prospecting and delivering new business leads that convert - optimizing campaigns across the website and social media, attending and hosting events, and aligning marketing activities to opportunities you have identified.

Working with the wider marketing, design, product, commercial teams and stakeholders, you’ll create and execute multi-channel campaigns, and craft compelling messaging and designs tailored for different countries and markets. You’ll attend global events to showcase Third Bridge’s product offering in person and virtually including shows, conferences, webinars and live panel discussions. You’ll recommend which events to attend or sponsor, and negotiate the package with the events’ organizers.

Making data backed decisions, you’ll work closely with the commercial teams and Head of Demand Generation to identify opportunities, report on Return of Investment for campaigns and events, and manage the Salesforce records to record your successes.

Qualifications

What will you bring?

Having worked in a global subscription based business before, including SaaS or other information/technology B2B sales, you bring experience of developing and managing campaigns to generate demand for products across multiple countries and markets. You are creative and respond to emerging opportunities to generate new ideas and ways to target prospects through marketing activities.

A natural collaborator, you create strong working relationships with your wider marketing colleagues and the commercial stakeholder you support. You have the ability to juggle multiple priorities and engage people from various countries with different cultures. Your enthusiasm is infectious and you bring everyone together on your marketing journey.  You establish yourself as a partner and advisor in the team - you use your expertise and experience to influence and lead on marketing strategies.

With your past experience in managing and coaching, you have the ability to lead initiatives and guide team members focused on specific markets. Your experience with various marketing tools such as Hubspot and others, as well as Salesforce and lead capture tools will be beneficial to your application. No matter the tool, you’re tech savvy and data focused, recording and reporting on campaign outputs, successes and ROI to inform future marketing activities.
