Job Description
As the Senior Learning and Development Manager, you will be at the intersection of business operations and people development. Reporting into the Head of L&D, you will be spearheading the learning and development strategy to continuously improve new hire performance through learning and coaching. You will be leading onboarding of new talent across the US and EMEA teams; working closely with senior leaders across departments to find tailored solutions that enhance learning and set up new hires for success in their future careers at Third Bridge.
Your responsibilities will include:
Facilitating training that introduces not only core best practices, but also Third Bridge’s culture to new talent.
Monitoring effectiveness and impact of training on new hire performance and continuously improving our offering.
Providing tailored and insightful updates to senior leaders on new hire performance trends.
Staying aligned with business needs and ensuring learning reflects shifting business priorities/ market changes.
Partnering with the Onboarding Program Manager to develop interactive learning opportunities for team members that uphold 70,20,10 learning principles.
Identifying opportunities to upskill leaders to maximise new hire engagement and performance.
Managing a team of training facilitators and coaches across US and EMEA.
Overseeing US and EMEA L&D secondment program.
Qualifications
You are:
A creative thinker: experimenting with learning solutions to create value and you thrive with working in ambiguity.
A strong communicator: an engaging training facilitator with a proven ability to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
An experienced people manager: you bring a proven ability to hold others accountable and deliver 360 feedback. Ideally across multiple regions.
Client centric: staying aligned with business goals and adept at analysing performance data and drawing trends.
Deadline oriented: with a systematic approach to project work and excellent time management skills.
