Job Description
Position Overview
- This role will require you to assist Shanghai Finance team to deal with daily finance operational tasks or other tasks arranged by manager.
Specific Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Sort and file Fapiao with vouchers
- File and bind monthly accounting books based on the transactions numbers of vouchers
- Other daily finance tasks assigned by manager
What you will gain during the internship:
- Engagement in the daily finance operations to learn accounting related skills;
- Fapiao related issues and recent tax policy;
- The importance of team structure and teamwork in a finance team.

- You are required to work for at least 3 days a week for 3 months approximately
- 12~14 weeks, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you should have a proven track record of:
- Working towards a bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Tax;
- Good written and spoken Enlish communication skill;
- Good at Microsoft Excel/Word/PPT;
- Good team player;
- Detail-orientated and process driven;
- Motivated self-starter, organized, ability to work independently.
