Job Description

As part of the global Talent Acquisition team, this is a key strategic role within Third Bridge., This role will be critical in identifying and recruiting the best early talent into our teams across multiple disciplines. You will be responsible for working with the local leadership team to design strategic sourcing initiatives, ensuring that robust selection and assessment processes are in place.  

With overall responsibility for driving the pipeline generation for our Mumbai office, you will be passionate about candidate experience and be proactive in promoting our employer brand across the local market via multiple channels.

The core responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the end to end recruitment life cycle

  • Sourcing and shortlist candidates using various recruitment channels, developing sourcing strategies with the business for each role

  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of Third Bridge and our business model to enable you to identify, attract, assess, and retain talent

  • Conducting phone and face-to-face interviews

  • Developing and managing consultative relationships with Hiring Managers, providing a high level of client service to internal stakeholders and partners

  • Supporting global talent acquisition projects and employer brand activities

Qualifications

  • Hold an undergraduate degree or comparable experience.

  • Strong experience with active and passive sourcing.

  • Prior experience working on campus recruitment initiatives

  • Previous background in a 360 recruitment role is desired (this may come from either an RPO or internal role).

  • Eligible to work in India without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Previous experience within an end-to-end talent acquisition role where you’ll have successfully sourced candidates across various business functions using multiple channels.

  • We’re looking for someone proactive who can work autonomously, develop strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences, ideally with experience in early careers and high-volume recruitment.

  • You’ll need to take pride in everything that you do, sourcing, selecting, and assessing top talent for our business. 

  • Of course, you’ll also need excellent communication and presentation skills, able to position yourself as a subject matter expert while also being open to receiving feedback which will help us to continue to improve and evolve as a TA Team.
