Job Description

What will you do?

As an experienced digital marketing expert, you'll help us build out the optimal martech stack, using best practices, designed to scale, to keep supporting Third Bridge for years to come.

As well as working in the digital team, you'll be part of the wider Growth team who are transforming Marketing, Communications and Revenue Operations.  You'll be part of a best in class growth function and your contributions will shape the future department.

Your role will include: 

Website/SEO

  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and content strategy.

  • Conduct regular site audits, track and report on key SEO metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization as well as striving to adhere to AAA W3C guidelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and demand generation, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques, and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics to improve performance.

  • Write high-quality, engaging, and optimised content for the website.


Marketing Operations

  • Be the in-house expert for our marketing automation platform and support the demand generation team with their campaign management.

  • Own the lead management process across all digital channels and events - ensuring leads are captured effectively and accurately.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including revenue operations, demand generation, and commercial teams to make sure reporting is accurate and complete.

  • Manage the integration of our website to other platforms including marketing automation.

  • Maintain excellent standards of email communication, ensuring we are adhering to the relevant regulations e.g. GDPR.

Qualifications

What will you bring?

Experience managing websites and marketing automation platforms within a fast-paced marketing team, preferably in a B2B subscription or data business.

You’ll have a collaborative and transparent approach - able to work closely with the wider marketing and commercial teams.

You’ll have an enthusiastic and flexible approach to your work, with a great attention to detail. You’ll also have excellent organisational and time management skills. 

Extensive experience using Kontent.ai and HubSpot or similar platforms is required.
