Position Overview 

You will be reviewing data to ensure accuracy and validity. You will have to comply with strict Compliance procedures (GDPR and PII) to ensure the highest quality of review whilst identifying red flags, discrepancies and areas of concern. You will collaborate with other Customer Care, Network Management, Compliance and Legal and Business Unit members across the globe.

 

Responsibilities

In this role you will act as an investigator and conduit between Third Bridge, our experts and our internal Business Units and Compliance/Legal teams by:

  • Utilising internal and external data sources to review our recorded data

  • Request, process and audit documents and proof of identity

  • Ensure related data is up to date and accurate

  • Ensure positive experience for our internal/external stakeholders 

  • Provide written and oral feedback on findings and ensure concerns are drawn to the attention of the Network Management Lead and appropriate Business Units in a timely manner.

  • Listen and respond to internal/external stakeholder needs, feedback and concerns 

  • Ensure smooth handover between internal departments and teams where needed

  • Work in a collaborative environment to meet and exceed assigned goals

Qualifications

Skills
A successful candidate will have: 

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English

  • Ability to work independently on process-intensive tasks whilst maintaining focus and excellent attention to detail throughout

  • Organised with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

  • Ability to develop strong working relationships across the organisation working with individuals at all levels and seniorities

  • Excellent team player who is outcome-oriented and self-motivated

  • Ability to respond effectively to changing business needs

  • Ability to critically evaluate and identify risks with a commercial mindset.

  • Previous internal auditing or compliance experience recommended (but not essential)
