Job Description

What will you do?

As the Expert Relations Associate reporting into the Expert Relations Lead, you will take the lead on owning relationships with our highest value experts, identifying pain points and delivering innovative solutions to drive change. You will also be responsible for leading our Proactive Recruitment pilot; identifying and recruiting new high value experts irrespective of client demand. Both of these are opportunities to innovate the way Third Bridge delivers value to both our expert and client base.

In this role, you will be pivotal in contributing to the core aims of the Expert Relations team, which are to create and drive initiatives that will allow us to grow engagement and value with our highest value experts; and to identify strategies to proactively recruit new experts that will form the future of our highest value experts.  

Responsibilities

  • Build deep relationships quickly with our highest value experts, acting as their key point person at Third Bridge.

  • Conduct in-depth feedback/intelligence gathering sessions to identify opportunities to stand out in a crowded market.

  • Suggest and drive innovative and creative solutions for problems faced by our experts.

  • Evolve our best practices for onboarding experts.

  • Gain industry based knowledge relevant to our highest value experts (also known as HPS, i.e. High Potential Specialists). Proactively research opportunities for expert engagement, and identify trends that could enhance these engagements.

  • Act as an agent for the high value experts and maximize output for them by aiding team members write about the expert's experience/background. 

  • Capture any referrals received from the high value experts.

  • Keep the profiles updated for the high value experts. 

  • Identify and recruit specialists for use across Third Bridge, while working with the Expert Relations Lead to develop and utilize proactive initiatives 

  • Provide input to wider initiatives and projects being developed by the Expert Unit

Qualifications

What will you bring?

We are seeking applicants who have:

  • Experience in client/relationship management or financial services research preferred

  • Previous experience working with clients is preferable

  • Strong communication and listening skills, able to quickly build relationships with industry executives

  • Curiosity, proactivity, and creative problem solving

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, keen to be part of a growing part of the business

  • An eye for innovation, thinking on a global scale across all Third Bridge business units

  • Adaptability to change

  • Vacation: 25 days (which increases to 28 days after 2 years of service) plus UK Bank Holidays
