Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a Japanese-speaking Account Associate to join our Hong Kong Account Management team, focusing on expanding our client base in Japan. This new role is pivotal in enhancing client engagement through Third Bridge’s Connections and Forum offerings. You will build relationships with investment professionals, driving usage of our services and ensuring account retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Account Managers on renewals and cross-sell opportunities
Identify and engage inactive or potentially users to increase utilization of Third Bridge services
Reiterate the value proposition of Third Bridge’s services to drive usage and help embed our products in the daily workflows of end users
Maintain constant dialogue with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback
Provide training and demo sessions on Third Bridge’s services.
Update team data and preferences in our systems for tailored content and service delivery
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt execution of client requests.
Attend meetings punctually and well-prepared.
Address and/or triage inbound client questions and requests alongside the Account Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above
Full professional proficiency in Japanese and fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
1-3 years of account management experience and/or client support experience, or a strong interest in the field
A client service-focused mindset
Relationship-building experience, both over the phone and in person.
Excellent organization, written and oral/presentation skills
Collaborative approach in solving problems
Highly motivated with a proven track record of achieving quota(s)
Experience applying industry and product knowledge in written and verbal client communications
Familiar with financial institutional clients
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
