"When I joined Third Bridge as an Associate back in March 2020, I was immediately struck by how engaging and supportive I found the development opportunities and my new colleagues around me. Third Bridge’s objectives to stay as a people-oriented business and culture commitment to Our People Growing have always been apparent throughout my time here, which were some of the main reasons behind why I decided to apply for a secondment in the Learning and Performance team in our Shanghai office.

The rotation programme is one of our amazing benefits where employees can join another Third Bridge team to expand their knowledge, skills and experience to different ways of working. The 6 months I spent on secondment pushed me both professionally and personally; I loved building upon the skills and knowledge learnt in my previous role, as well as challenging myself with new responsibilities in coaching associates. I knew that this was a path that I wanted to explore further, so once the 6 months came to end I decided to take the opportunity to apply for a permanent role. I’m now officially a Senior Associate in our Shanghai Learning and Performance team with wider responsibilities to help others grow within Third Bridge!
