Job Description

Position Overview

At Third Bridge, our Compliance framework is an integral part of our business; as such we are looking to hire an Associate to join our global Third Bridge Connections Compliance team to be based in New York. The main purpose of this role is to support the compliance requirements of the business across all our international offices.

  • Ability to identify risks and apply strategies or seek guidance to minimize them.

  • Ability to prioritize competing goals and interests and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating and approving a high volume of in-house research requests for compliance with internal policies and client-specific processes, and responding in a timely manner.

  • Answering day-to-day legal and compliance queries from business units and clients.

  • Delivering compliance training to new and existing employees. 

  • Ensuring we are compliant with applicable laws, internal compliance procedures and pre-agreed client-specific processes.

  • Reviewing clients’ compliance procedures in a critical manner to improve and implement them. 

  • Dealing with ad-hoc projects as directed by senior management. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Law or relevant experience within compliance

  • Previous legal or compliance experience highly desirable

  • Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 plus an annual bonus of up to 5%.
